Features
The body is fully welded, compactly designed, and features minimal dead space. The body material complies with SEMI F-20, "Specification for 316LSS Materials for UHP (Ultra High Purity) Grade Semiconductor Manufacturing Applications." The Elgiloy® spring material provides strong durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring a long cycle life. The valves operate noise-free and offer a broad choice of end connections.
