Example: The following part number, VB1U-04T-SS-B is designated for VB1 series ball valve with both 1/4" UNILOK tube fitting, 316SS, PTFE seat, butterfly handle.

Protection Cover
Maintain fluid temperature, keep track of handle position, and visually distinguish between in-out lines to ensure proper temperature control and line identification.
The VB1 series ball valve features a 3/4″ UNILOK end connection and a plastic bar handle.
The 1/2″ variant is available with a distinct inner cover size.
Type of Handle
Bar handles provide visual distinction for in-out lines in high-purity applications.
Testing
Every valve undergoes 100% factory testing using air and nitrogen at 1000 psig (69 bar) to check for leakage at the seat and packing.
Each test is conducted with a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 scc/min.
Cleaning
UNILOK valves are free from machine oils, loose particles, and grease throughout the thorough cleaning process.
Special cleaning for high-purity applications is available upon request.
Important Notification
UNILOK ball valves are designed to operate in a fully open or fully closed position.
Packing adjustment may be required during the valve's service life.
The responsibility for proper installation, materials compatibility, operation, and maintenance lies with the user.
The total system design must be considered to ensure optimal performance and safety.
